Chr. Calogirou Ltd was formed in 1945 as a general trading company. The first post war years were difficult for all European countries and Cyprus was very much affected too.  Real Estate was only one of the lines of our company.

Specialisation really began in the early sixties. This is when the company started to concentrate solely in the property market and started establishing its first overseas associates.

When the Real Estate Law was established in Cyprus in 1987, Calogirou was naturally one of the first members to be registered as a licenced Estate Agent. The company continued to expand locally and overseas.

Although our registered offices are in Limassol, we cover all areas of Cyprus, with a variety of both new and resale properties. We save our clients time and money because we do some of the work prior to their arrival. This preparation is built on our clients' specific requirements and the relationship we have built with them through our discussions of their needs.
