My property purchase experience was many years ago, but as far as I remember I did not have any difficulties or problems with the developer or owner. They were kind, helpful, friendly and faithful people, very professional and the delivery was as scheduled. I had to make some changes and they did not have any problem.  On the contrary they made suggestions to us and they had the kindness to wait for me to decide.

As far as the way of payment is concerned everything went smoothly as agreed at the beginning.  Finally, when I paid all amount they made all necessary arrangements for transferring the title to me.  I only had to go and sign some papers. I had excellent service from start to finish.

I had no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family and anyone else who would like information on buying property.
