Larnaca is the third biggest town in Cyprus and is the backdrop to a beautiful new promenade and beach area, which is both relaxing through the day and vibrant in the evening.  There are properties available in the town itself, which give easy access to all that Larnaca has to offer.  There are also many new properties for sale in the outlying villages, such as Oroklini, Pervolia and Pyla. 
 
Many overseas investors have chosen to live permanently in some of the outlying villages in the Larnaca area.  However, some of these are also ideal for investment through rental income.  With Larnaca International Airport only a 15 minute drive from most parts of Larnaca, including the town itself, visiting from overseas is simple.  In the Larnaca area, property prices are relatively lower.
