This 3 bedroom detached villa is situated near the top of a mountain above the village of Phinikaria, just 2 km from the dam across the lake by the village of Yermasoyia, which is approximately 3km north of Limassol.  The villa has spectacular views of nothing but the lake and surrounding mountains and countryside.

The first floor of the house is accessed by a curved marble staircase with wrought iron balustrade and comprises 3 double bedrooms (the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite, a guests’ bathroom (with chute to laundry room below) and a study with windows overlooking the lake.  On the landing area is a work surface with sink and cupboards and a small fridge for guests’ use for breakfast etc.  A storage area has been installed in the roof space above the two bathrooms. The ground has not been landscaped allowing the buyer the opportunity to personalise the gardens to his own taste and requirements. The property is above the village of Phinikaria and about half a mile off the public road.  The first part of the road leading up to a few other properties is concreted and the last few hundred yards is not resurfaced.
