Foundation

The foundation consist of a uniform slab of reinforced concrete with water resistant admixture.

Frame

The frame is of reinforced concrete, earthquake designed according to Eurocodes. Columns and beams to be 250mm max if possible, in order to avoid any rebates. Beams preferably to line up with the internal walls and avoid exposed beams. In case of basement or pools on roof gardens a waterproofing concrete admixture shall be used in affected walls and slabs. All residential floors to have clear height 3.00m.

External walls are made of clay bricks 25 cm thick and internal walls of 10 cm hollow clay bricks.
