Technical Specifications

 

  1. SKELETON FRAME: It will be made by reinforced concrete. The whole construction is performed based on the anti-seismic regulations. (Not subject to changes except by the Civil Engineer of the Project).
  1. WALLS: The external walls will be of 25cm insulating heat bricks and the internal walls will be of 25cm, 20cm and 10cm perforated bricks.
  1. PLASTERING: There will be two coats of sanding plaster internally. A thermal facade system with 8 cm thick polystyrene will be applied externally.
  1. PAINTING: Three coats of spatula and white emulsion paint internally and external paint for exterior use (Architect's choice).

5.   FLOORING:

  • Living room - Dining room - Kitchen: Ceramics of a purchase price of €25 incl. VAT;
  • Bedrooms: Wooden laminate floor of a purchase price of €22 incl. VAT;
  • Terraces: Ceramic, same for all terraces (Architect's choice);

7.   WOODWORK (ROOMS FURNITURE):

  • The entrance door of each apartment will be solid, based on the approval of the Fire Service.
  • The interior doors will be will be made of melamine wood with all necessary operating components of European origin (Italy) from Rooms Furniture.
  • The kitchen will be made according to the plans. The frame and the doors will be made of melamine wood with all necessary operating components of European origin (Italy) from Rooms Furniture.
  • The lid of the kitchen counters will be of technogranite of a purchase price of €150 incl. VAT.
  • The cupboards will be made according to the plans. The frame and the opening doors will be made of melamine wood with all the necessary operating components of European origin (Italy) from Rooms Furniture.
  1. ALUMINUM: All aluminum doors/windows will be black based on provisions of the Energy Efficiency Study (Not subject to changes).
  1. Plumbing Installation: Plumbing installation of pipe-in-pipe system for hot and cold water.
  1. Solar heater and pressure system for each apartment.
  2. Provision for A/C in all bedrooms. A passive air conditioner in the false ceiling of the kitchen will be fully installed.
  3. Color intercom system for each apartment.
  1. Glass railings will be installed on all balconies.
  2. Electric shutters will be installed on all bedroom frames and provisions for the remaining frames. (Not subject to change).
  3. All electrical installations will be based on the electrical study.
  4. 8 cm polystyrene will be placed on the roof for thermal and waterproof insulation.
  5. One parking space will be allocated to each apartment.
  1. Photovoltaic panels will be fully installed for allocated usage of the electricity for the communal areas and apartments.
