STRUCTURAL DETAILS

 

•       Reinforced concrete foundations and frame according to plans. Comply with the terms of the building permit and the Eurocodes Annexes.

•       Shell of the building designed in order to satisfy grade A Energy Efficiency certificate

•       There  will be external thermal insulation with extruded polystyrene 8 cm. The block  will be plastered inside with three coats and will be painted with three coats of enamel paint.  The ceilings will be spatula and paint. The outer layer will be graphite.

•       The bricks that will be used are multi-hole of Cypriot origin 20 * 25 * 30 cm ( thermal bricks)  externally and 10 * 25 * 30 cm internally.

•       Internal walls where the apartments are connected will be 25cm thick hollow for sound insulation

•       The garden at the front side of the building will have an automated irrigation system and automated cells to illuminate during the night.

•       At the entrance lobby,  automated lights with motion sensors will be installed.

•       Motion sensors will be installed at the parking places.

•       The name of the building will be provided on the ground level.

•       The elevator will support the latest gearless technology elevator to minimize sound during operation.

•       Plumping system will be pipe in pipe.
