Finally I can put pen to paper (as it where) to thank you for all your assistance in our recent property purchase. We have been most impressed with the professionalism of your office and of Sharon Godier when she visited us on the Tuesday. We put a deposit down in cash on the Wednesday and then drove to Limassol to meet with Areti. We have since paid our first installment and are looking forward to completion in April 2005.

As I'm sure you know we have also taken up the services of Areti as our legal representative and have again been impressed.

I have also passed both yours and Areti's details to a colleague of mine in work without hesitation. She is also considering purchasing a property in Cyprus.

One other reason for this e-mail is to see if you have any contacts (or if you handle yourself) who rent out properties for short durations (2 weeks)? If you do I would be interested in seeing what is available for August this year.
